Mary Lentz, M.S. CCC-SLP, holds bachelor's and master's degrees in speech-language pathology with a minor in special education from Old Dominion University in Virginia. Dedicated to her field, Mary empowers individuals to overcome speech and language challenges with compassion and expertise, bringing confidence and communication skills to her clients.

Andrea Anderson is a proud mother of two autistic children. She has a degree in Business Administration and is committed to ensuring safety and quality education for children. She left her career when her two children were diagnosed and raised $200,000 to start Spectrum of Joy Academy. She believes that everyday is an opportunity to enrich the lives of children and pave the way for inclusion.

Assistant Academy Director / Teacher

Katie brings over 15 years of experience working within Tucson's school districts and has spent the last 4 years specializing in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) as a Behavioral Technician. Alongside her professional commitments, she is raising two sons and is currently advancing her education.

Teacher

Jennie Kline is joining us from Washington State. She received her Bachelors of Special Education from Western Governors University. Jennie has been working with children with autism in educational settings since 2009, first as an educational assistant and later as a teacher. Jennie has two children. Her youngest child was diagnosed with Autism in 4th grade and struggled to find success in the school setting. Jennie is excited to make a safe place for learning for each and every student in her class. 

Teachers Assistant

Harmonie has an unconditional love for all children. She has a vast background in foster care and crisis management. She is continuing her education at the University of Phoenix and strives to expand her skills daily.

Office Manager

Amber Kays is a mother to three little boys. Her educational background is in healthcare administration. She left her healthcare career in 2017 to stay home and care for her oldest autistic son. She has a passion for increasing access to special education services to all students with disabilities and advocates strongly at the state level for school choice for students that need alternative educational options to reach their full potential
